| Who is eligible? | All members in good standing with the American Institute of Architects Orange County are eligible to submit projects for the 31st Annual AIAOC Design Awards. Additionally, AIA members in good standing from chapters outside of Orange County are eligible to submit projects that have been built or are commissioned to be built in Orange County, California. | |
| Who is not eligible? | Previous AIAOC award-winning projects are ineligible. Unbuilt award winning projects are eligible to be entered in the built classification. | |

| What are the binder requirements? | Binders can be picked up at the AIAOC office or mailed to you after online submittal has been complete and your binder number has been assigned. Slides will NOT be accepted. A maximum of 10 images (site plans, plans, drawings and/or photos) per entry shall be printed (maximum 8 1/2” X 11”) with graphic scale where applicable. Provide exhibits sufficient to adequately explain the design solution. Remodeled or rehabilitated project submittals are encouraged to include images of “before” conditions. All binders must be accompanied with a CD including a maximum of 10 images that meet requirements below. | |

| Optional Project Display Board |
Each submittal may include a 20¼” x 20¼” x ¼” Display Board. This board will be on display during the night of the Design Awards Gala (21 October, 2006). (Black gatorboard or foamcore board w/ black background and edges.) All boards are due no later than October 2 @ 5:00 PM.
Firm name may appear prominently on the Display Board. Place a label on the back of the board that includes Firm name and Entry Binder No.
